Finely milled with an extra soft base of corn silk and jojoba oil, ECO’s Organic Cake Eyeliner can be used to highlight and contour the eye area. Can be used wet or dry.

Certified Organic vs Natural
We believe if you are going to make a product pure…. you go all the way and make it certified organic. NVEY ECO Make-up is OFC Certified Organic [Organic Food Chain Certificate Number #0464]. Unlike natural labelled products, we have had to meet a strict organic certifying standard in all ingredients and processes we use, which prohibits us from using some ingredients used in natural products such as talc. We are also independently audited for quality by OFC.
Tips/Uses:
Do you use water with this or is it a gel?
Water only – the chemically based gels and liquefiers that are on the market are meant to be used only with the brands for which they are made (ie – Bobbi Brown has a "gel" and is meant to be used on Bobbi Brown shadows).
For a "wet" application – simply dampen an eyeliner brush with water, "swirl" damp (not dripping wet) brush in cake eyeliner compact and then apply to the lash line. Typically takes about 15-30 seconds to dry depending on the amount of product being used and if the consumer has any eye cream remaining on the lid or lash line.
This is the same for a wet eye shadow application.
